Role

As part of the Digital Transformation Adoption Program, you will play a central role in driving the adoption, engagement, and cultural integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI across the organization. Sitting at the crossroads of change management, communication, and marketing, you will ensure that innovative AI tools and solutions are not only deployed but embraced and leveraged to their full potential by business teams.

Acting as a bridge between leadership, technology teams, and end users, you will design and lead communication- and change-driven initiatives that educate, engage, and empower teams—anchoring a sustainable shift toward an AI-powered, data-driven culture.

As a Digital Transformation Program, you will:

• Lead the communication and change management strategy for AI and Generative AI adoption, ensuring initiatives are clearly understood, trusted, and adopted across the organization.
• Design and execute targeted communication and engagement campaigns, translating AI strategy, use cases, and value into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Drive AI adoption across business functions by segmenting key personas and tailoring change, communication, and enablement approaches accordingly.
• Develop and implement change management frameworks to support new ways of working and smooth transitions to AI-enabled processes.
• Create and oversee impactful content and storytelling (internal communications, learning assets, success stories) in collaboration with Corporate Communications.
• Support leadership and executive initiatives by enabling alignment, engagement, and measurable adoption through workshops, KPIs, and feedback loops.

Requirements:
This should be part of your background in order to apply:

• MSc in Change Management, Communication, Digital Transformation.
• 5+ years of experience in change management, adoption, internal communication, or digital transformation, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong experience designing and delivering communication and engagement strategies for transformation programs.
• Strong grasp of GenAI/ML fundamentals and experience with enterprise adoption.
• Strong soft skills combining empathy, influence, strategic thinking, adaptability, collaboration, and the ability to blend analytical insight with creativity and emotional intelligence.
• Experience with e-learning tools, content creation platforms, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Fluent in English, proficiency in French is a plus.
