As a Digital Trainee you can start with us within a few digital specializations in which we are experts: Back-end/ Front-End Development, Systeemmanagement, Digital (UX/UI) Design, PIM and Masterdata Management.

Our goal is for you, after our training and education period, to be fully able to lead clients through implementation fases with flawless communication. You are in the driver seat of your digital-career and you decide what route you are taking! Whether you are aiming working as a functional consultant, project manager of Lead designer

We are not looking for a list of skills but for personality! So if you have:

• Finished an education, or almost finished, in IT, marketing or anything related to digital. 

• No education in any of those areas, but you do have a strong affinity with IT and/or digital

Then you definitely qualify! For us it is important you have the following qualities:

• You are ambitious, enterprising and a team player
• You are innovative and have a positive attitude
• You are strong in analytical and conceptual thinking
• You are commercially orientated and strong in communication in Dutch and/or English
