We’re looking for a Digital Strategy & Transformation Consultant to join our Advisory team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals who are committed to solving important challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients and communities. Your Mission 

In this role, you will support and lead client‑facing digital transformation engagements, working closely with managers and senior leaders to shape and deliver strategic outcomes. 

 As our new Digital Strategy & Transformation Consultant, you will: 

• Lead and support digital transformation projects from strategy through execution. 

• Assess business models, technology landscapes, and operational processes to identify opportunities for innovation. 

• Develop digital strategies, transformation roadmaps, operating models, and business cases aligned with client needs. 

• Advise clients on emerging technologies, including AI, automation, cloud, IoT, and data analytics. 

• Facilitate client workshops, design‑thinking sessions, and stakeholder interviews. 

Drive Project Excellence 

• Support the management of workstreams or small teams within larger programs.  

• Apply agile and traditional project management methodologies to plan and deliver high‑quality outcomes. 

• Identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. 

• Prepare and deliver professional presentations, reports, and recommendations. 

Contribute to Innovation and Thought Leadership 

• Stay informed on digital trends, regulatory shifts, and technological advancements. 

• Support internal knowledge-building through thought leadership and best practice development. 

• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposals and client pitches. 

Collaborate and Grow 

• Work with multidisciplinary teams across the PwC network. 

• Provide guidance and on-the-job support to junior team members.

About You 

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Holds a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Management or a related discipline 

• Has 2–3 years of experience in digital transformation, consulting, strategy, or related fields. 

• Brings a unique perspective and values collaboration. 

• Is eager to learn, adapt, and contribute within a diverse team environment. 

• Demonstrates strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. 

• Has experience or interest in emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud, data, etc.). 

• Holds or aims to pursue certifications such as Agile or PRINCE2. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
