Digital Strategy Manager-eMSL

岗位职责：

• 在直线经理指导下负责医学部数字化&AI战略的制定与优化，紧跟行业发展趋势，推动医学部数字化转型进程。
• 与跨部门团队协作，推进数字化&AI项目的落地实施（包括但不限于eMSL，MindSearch等），确保项目按计划高效推进。
• 关注并研究人工智能领域的最新技术进展，将创新技术应用于医学部相关场景。
• 结合医学业务需求，与跨部门合作开发并部署AI工具，提升医学部工作效率与质量（包括不限于AIGC等）。
• 制定数字项目管理标准，监控项目进度，评估项目成果，并持续优化流程。

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，医学、信息技术等相关专业优先。
• 具备数字战略制定和项目管理经验，有医疗行业背景者优先。
• 对人工智能技术有深入了解，能够结合业务场景提出创新解决方案。
• 良好的跨部门沟通与协调能力，团队合作意识强。
• 具备卓越的分析能力和问题解决能力，能够推动复杂项目顺利实施。

具备英语听说读写能力，能够阅读和理解国际最新技术资料。
