Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Identify and prioritize digital initiatives that enhance efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance
• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance digital capabilities
• Execute on the implementation and integration of digital tools and platforms across various business functions. Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless digital adoption
• Implement change management strategies to facilitate a smooth transition to digital processes
• Drive the use of data analytics and insights to inform decision-making processes
• Develop and conduct training programs to upskill team members on digital tools and processes.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Results and performance driven with a bias for action and a sense of urgency on priorities
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with patience
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive, enthusiastic attitude
• Implementation of AI and/or digital tools experience
• Passionate in providing educational sessions for different stakeholders 
• At least 1 Years of experience in digital transformation.
