Digital Solutions Intern – Concrete (6 months)

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Solutions Intern to support the development, adoption, and communication of digital tools in the field of concrete technology. During this 6-month internship, you will work closely with product managers and technical experts, contributing to digital applications used internally and by customers, while also supporting internal communication and digital content creation.

This role offers a unique opportunity to combine technical understanding, digital tools, and creative communication within an international industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

· Support the team in the development and improvement of digital tools related to concrete and construction materials

· Assist with testing, documentation, and user feedback collection for digital applications

· Create and maintain content to support communication (e.g. short videos, presentations, tutorials, demos)

· Support video creation and video editing for internal trainings, product explanations, or communication initiatives

· Collaborate with international stakeholders (technical experts, product managers, regional teams)

· Contribute ideas to improve usability, adoption, and communication of digital tools

· Support with Customer Events

What you will learn

· How digital tools are developed and rolled out in a technical / engineering environment

· How to translate technical topics into clear and engaging digital communication

· Hands-on experience with video creation, internal communication, and digital enablement

· Exposure to international collaboration and real-world product management processes

· Student or recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Materials Science, or a related field

· Interest in digitalization and new technologies

· Confident working with digital tools; basic experience with video creation/editing is a strong plus

· Good communication skills and a structured, proactive working style

· Very good English
