Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Growth Specialist – Philippines to drive LemFi’s online user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies across international markets. This role will focus on paid acquisition channels, influencer-driven growth, and B2B partnerships, playing a critical role in expanding LemFi’s reach, improving unit economics, and ensuring brand presence among the South East Asian diaspora in key markets such as the UK, USA, Europe, and Canada.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to design, implement, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable user growth and revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer, Community Growth & Campaign Management

• Onboard, manage, and grow an influencer network to drive engagement and user growth.

• Execute influencer-driven campaigns targeting the South East Asian diaspora in international markets.

• Build and engage online communities to strengthen LemFi’s brand presence.

• Collaborate with designers to develop data-driven ad content plans based on audience insights.

• Track and report on campaign performance, continuously testing and iterating for optimization.

B2B Partnerships & PR

• Develop and manage strategic online growth partnerships with brands and platforms.

• Lead public relations efforts, engaging with publications, media channels, celebrities, and PR agencies to amplify reach.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to plan and execute campaigns.

• Assist with other marketing and growth initiatives as needed, contributing to a fast-paced, startup environment.

Industry & Competitor Insights

• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform campaign strategies and growth initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Experience

• 2–4 years in performance marketing or digital growth roles, with hands-on experience on international platforms (Google, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).

• Proven experience managing, optimizing, and reporting paid campaigns across multiple channels.

• Experience in influencer marketing and B2B partnerships is a strong plus.

Skills

• Deep understanding of ad content creation, testing, and optimization.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

• Excellent communication, writing, and people management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment.
