Operating from a 50,000 square-metres plot comprising an office, state-of-the-art warehouse and reconditioning facility, Doka Gulf has been setup to provide faster access to its highly valued customers, and the agility required to meet market demand. In line with our regional growth, Doka Gulf is currently looking to recruit a career driven professional to join its versatile team and support the company’s ongoing national expansion. The suitable candidate will be a qualified, natural team player who can add significant value to this highly dynamic team.

Doka’s Digital Services Solutions division delivers advanced IoT sensor technologies, digital monitoring systems, and software platforms that enhance safety, productivity, and real‑time decision‑making on construction sites. We are seeking a Digital Services Sales Support to assist in the expansion of our digital portfolio across the Middle East, Africa, and Eastern Asia Pacific.

 Main Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Digital Solutions Coordination• Support Business Developer with proposals, technical documentation, and customer presentations
• Assist in projects, demos, and solution preparation for IoT systems and software
• Prepare configuration packages, device setups, and digital activation materials

• Customer Onboarding & Training• Deliver onboarding sessions and technical training for Concremote, DokaXact, load/pressure sensors, MyMaterial Plus, Digital Engineering software, and other digital platforms
• Conduct training for customers, key users, engineers, and internal key users

• Technical Support & Customer Success• Act as first-line technical contact for MEA/EAP
• Provide support via email, phone, remote connections, or site visits & Operational Support
• Visit sites for installations, device configuration, calibration, and monitoring checks
• Ensure smooth operation during concrete pours
• Record site feedback and escalate observations to DSS
• Product Development Feedback & Testing
• Provide structured feedback for improvements and new features
• Participate in beta testing for new sensors, updates, or platform releases
• Prepare case studies, technical notes, and marketing support materials

• Market Development & Digital Adoption• Assist Digital Services Sales in identifying growth opportunities in MEA/EAP
• Support competitor studies, market research, and pricing updates
• Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and digital innovation events

• A high-level technical qualification (Engineering, IT, Construction Technology, or related field).
• Several years of work experience in the construction industry, preferably in a technical or technical-commercial role, with strong familiarity with construction processes and construction methods.
• Solid understanding of concrete technology, as well as strong affinity with IoT devices and digital technologies used in modern construction sites.
• A pragmatic, hands-on working and thinking approach, with the ability to support both hardware (sensors, gateways) and software (platforms, dashboards).
• Excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing; Arabic or any other regional language is an advantage.
• Willingness to work occasional on-call shifts during evenings or weekends (on rotation with colleagues), especially during critical project phases or sensor deployments.
• Comfortable with business travel across MEA/EAP, including site visits for device setup, calibrations, training sessions, and customer support.
• Ability to handle stress and adapt quickly to changing site conditions or technical challenges; flexible, customer-oriented, and always open to learning and collaboration.
• Characterized as efficient, solution-oriented, open-minded, and self-motivated, with a strong passion for digital construction technologies.

You will report to, and work very closely with, the DSS– MEA/EAP, collaborating with a rapidly growing team focused on digital services, IoT sensors, and software-driven site solutions.
