A Digital Customer Service Agent is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support across digital channels such as live chat, email and WhatsApp, The role focuses on resolving customer queries efficiently, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience while representing the brand in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Previous experience in either a customer service or customer facing role.
• Effective communicator both written and verbal
• Ability to problem solve.
