Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 3 - 4 LPA)

The Digital Sales Executive will manage both inbound and outbound digital sales efforts focused on clients within the GCC region. This position includes qualifying leads, conducting virtual client meetings, following up on proposals, and finalizing sales through online platforms.

The ideal candidate will be confident in digital selling, proficient in CRM systems, and experienced in handling the entire digital sales process.


Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead Generation & Outreach

• Identify and engage with potential clients across GCC markets
• Execute cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up communications
• Qualify inbound leads generated via digital marketing campaigns

🔹 Sales Conversion

• Arrange and lead virtual meetings using Zoom or Google Meet
• Assess client needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare and send proposals
• Negotiate terms and successfully close sales

🔹 Pipeline & CRM Management

• Keep the CRM updated with lead statuses and follow-up activities
• Monitor the sales pipeline and track conversion rates
• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue goals

🔹 Client Relationship Management

• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process post-sale
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Key Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in digital sales, inside sales, or online B2B sales
• Preferably experienced in targeting international or GCC clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Comfortable conducting online meetings and selling remotely
• Familiar with CRM tools and sales performance tracking
• Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in IT services, AI, SaaS, or Digital Marketing sales
• Understanding of the GCC business landscape
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
