As the Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing projects for our diverse client portfolio. You will act as the central point of contact between AdFarm and our Partners, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As the Digital PM you will manage, train and mentor the Project team in all things digitally related and when digital project work is slower you will help project manage traditional projects.

You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do the following things:
Conduct thorough reviews and testing of digital assets before delivery.
Manage the delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate deployment of projects.
Create/ Lead/ Manage and mentor digital project estimates/statement of work in collaboration with the Account Manager and agency partners
Effectively understand and clearly define problems and the context in which the client or Account Manager’s may encounter those problems to effectively, then create solutions
Build and monitor key parameters (budget, scope, resources, risk, schedule) while maintaining quality standards on all deliverables.
Strong diplomatic and motivational skills including the ability to lead up, across and down multiple departments
Stay up to date with the newest digital project management trends.
Support and maintain relationships with internal teams and external vendors and partners
We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll need to come to the table with the following skills and qualifications:
Must have 3-5 years of experience in Digital and Traditional Marketing Project Management
Must have at least 3 years of experience working in an advertisement agency environment.
Having post-secondary education or a PMP designation is an asset
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
Experience in the agriculture industry considered a strong asset
Will manage and train other PMs on the project cycle of digital initiatives such as website development or app creation
The ability to easily build relationships with a multi-disciplined, collaborative team and communicate complex and interconnected workflows
Be a critical thinker that is detail oriented, extremely organized, and possesses excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills
Excellent networking and liaison skills with demonstrated client management skills
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage client project budgets
The salary range for this role is $70-75k/year. We offer all Employee’s 3% RRSP contributions on an annual basis, a Health Spending Account, Health & Cell Phone Reimbursements, and we can offer a hybrid working environment with a wonderful group of top talent individuals.
