The Product Owner will be part of the eCommerce Digital Product team, within the Consumer Healthcare Digital Growth Hub and Commercial organization. This team is responsible for managing the global solution portfolio, roadmap, and strategic initiatives across ECommerce streams, with a strong emphasis on marketplaces, direct-to-consumer (DTC) platforms, ACNU Solutions and supporting digital operations.

As the digital organization continues to scale its Ecommerce capabilities, this role will play a critical part in shaping and building the core digital infrastructure, while also establishing effective collaboration models with business stakeholders and other digital functions. Given that ECommerce capabilities span across Business Solutions, Technology & Architecture, and Data & Analytics, the role requires strong cross-functional coordination. The team acts as the primary digital partner for the business in all areas related to Ecommerce and ECommerce.

The Product Owner will lead the strategy, prioritization, and delivery of digital features and capabilities across our global Ecommerce and ECommerce ecosystems, working closely with fellow Product Owners, Business Leads, and cross-functional teams to drive execution and ensure scalability.


Main responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Product Owner – eCommerce to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our digital platforms. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for defining the vision, managing the roadmap, and ensuring the seamless execution of website enhancements that drive user engagement, conversion, and business growth.


The key job responsibilities of the Product Owner will be:


Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for eCommerce B2B, aligned with business and regulatory goals.

Own and manage the eCommerce product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on market needs, platform scalability, and business impact.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Business, Regulatory, Technology, Data & Analytics, and external vendors—to ensure cohesive development and execution.

Gather and analyse feedback from business teams, channel performance data, and regulatory inputs to inform prioritization and product improvements.

Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with technical feasibility.

Oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of features and improvements across the ECommerce enablement layer.

Work closely with development teams to ensure on-time delivery, system stability, and compliance in both commercial and regulated environments.

Act as the primary digital point of contact for ECommerce-related topics, keeping stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and value delivery.

Monitor and analyse key KPIs iterating on features to drive business value and operational efficiency.

Support the scaling and localization of the ECommerce Platforms across markets, enabling seamless transitions to our Core Model.

About you

Experience :

Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role focused on B2B and DTC eCommerce or Delivery Platforms.

Proven Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Jira, Confluence, etc.).

Familiarity with Platform performance metrics, conversion funnels, and tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and product analytics tools.

Experience in digital operations, DTC, marketplace integrations, or regulated digital environments (e.g., healthcare, pharma, or ACNU-related domains) is a strong plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Advanced English required, Spanish or French preferred

Soft skills :

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business, technical, and regulatory teams

Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and backlog items.

Technical skills :

Deep understanding of Delivery Platform product ecosystem, including its integrations with third-party platforms, ERP, CRM, and payment gateways.

Comfortable working/develop/validation in dev/test/staging; understands environment parity, configuration management, and release trains.

Preferable basic scripting to automate routine tasks (e.g., Python/Bash/PowerShell) — data seeding, API calls, small utilities.

Ability to read logs or troubleshoot with technical teams.

Knowledge of channel activation workflows (feeds, SKU mapping, catalog rules, stock sync, pricing rules).

Experience working with API-driven architectures, microservices, and modern SaaS platforms to enable seamless data flow and automation.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) to prioritize backlog, manage sprints, and deliver continuous value.

Strong grasp of security best practices and compliance requirements relevant to fintech or e-commerce sectors, ensuring product reliability and user trust.

Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, software engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.

Understanding of cloud infrastructure basics (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to align product decisions with scalability and performance considerations.

Knowledge of data analytics platforms and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to track product performance and user behavior (preferred but not mandatory).
