The Role
We are looking for a data-driven professional to join our Central Employee Survey Team. In this role, you will combine people analytics, dashboard development, and product thinking to build scalable insights solutions and improve how we understand and act on employee feedback.
What You’ll Do
• Build and develop scalable dashboards (e.g., Power BI or code-/AI-based tools) for employee insights
• Design data models reflecting complex organizational structures and hierarchies
• Design and automate data pipelines and reduce manual processes
• Ensure data quality through validation frameworks and consistent governance
• Translate data into clear and actionable insights
• Work with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and org management tools
• Analyze and improve existing processes for scalability and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership
• Support decisions on tools, data architecture, analytics setup, and UX
• Drive innovation using modern analytics approaches, including AI and automation
Who You Are
• Degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Several years of experience in people analytics, BI, or data product roles
• Strong experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI or code-/AI-based tools)
• Solid understanding of data modeling and organizational data structures
• Experience with data pipelines, automation, and data quality management
• Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
• Experience with Git or similar version control tools and reproducible workflows
• Strong data storytelling and dashboard UX skills
