Digital Product Designer, Senior Staff Consultant

We are looking for a Digital Product Designer with experience in designing high-quality digital consumer products within an iterative Agile environment. The role involves collaborating closely with product owners, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate will be skilled in visual design, prototyping, and user research, and capable of translating insights into effective product solutions 

Responsibilities: 

• Understand and help define personas, user journeys, and service blueprints. 
• Conduct user research and apply research insights to product design. 
• Design and deliver product visualizations in collaboration with Squad designers, Product Owners, and engineers. 
• Explore solution spaces and refine concepts from early wireframes to high-fidelity designs. 
• Build prototypes to validate and communicate design concepts. 
• Conduct user interface experiments and collaborate with designers and Product Owners on testing initiatives. 
• Perform analytics and evaluate results from real-life experimentation, including user testing and A/B testing. 
• Support Product Leads and Product Owners in defining short-term and long-term product vision and roadmap for digital products. 

• 8-10 years of experience in digital product design and development, particularly within an Agile environment. 
• Proven experience designing high-quality digital consumer products. 
• Strong graphical and visual design skills using tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Principle, Zeplin, Azure, or Adobe Suite. 
• Experience in rapid prototyping and prototyping tools. 
• Familiarity with user testing, A/B testing, and experimentation methodologies. 
• Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. 
• Professional presence and strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
