The Digital Printing Specialist will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our DTP studio, ensuring the efficient and accurate production of high-quality artwork for heat transfer printing. This role requires a strong understanding of graphic design principles, pre-press processes, and print production techniques, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the production of artwork for heat transfer printing, direct printing, sublimation printing, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure seamless project workflow and on-time delivery.
• Manage and maintain the DTP studio equipment and software, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
• Being responsible for running the smooth operation of digital printing assets

• Proven experience as a DTP operator or studio lead, with a strong understanding of heat transfer printing processes.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Excellent knowledge of pre-press and print production techniques, including color management, file preparation, and output optimization.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

• Experience in the apparel industry.
• Experience in digital printing, HP 15K is a bonus
