Job Description

Westaff is looking for a Digital Print Finishing Technician in the Hudson, MA area for Immediate Start!

Shift: 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay Rate: $18.50/hr-$20/hr DOE

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate bindery/finishing equipment including perfect binders, saddle stitchers, and UV coaters
- Operate guillotine paper cutters
- Set up and run inkjet envelope printers as needed
- Set up and run wide‑format printers as needed
- Deliver materials throughout the facility to appropriate departments
- Perform quality control checks
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Mechanically inclined; print or bindery experience a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively
- Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
- Comfortable using computer‑based applications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
