We’re seeking an Digital PR Manager to join a fast-growing, consulting-led digital agency, recognised for building tailored outreach strategies that drive brand visibility, authority and organic performance.

As the outreach offering continues to expand, this role offers the opportunity to lead campaign strategy, guide delivery and work closely with a highly skilled, cross-functional organic team.

You’ll collaborate daily with SEO, content, PR and broader marketing specialists, helping clients cut through crowded markets with creative, data-led outreach programs.

This is a hands-on leadership role that blends strategic thinking with execution. It is not a passive PR or link-building position, but a true integration of storytelling, performance and technical best practice.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Outreach Lead, the Outreach Manager will take ownership of campaign strategy and execution across a portfolio of organic, PR and outreach clients.

You’ll shape how outreach is approached for each client, tailoring strategies to what will genuinely move the needle rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model. This role is about thinking critically, testing ideas and evolving programs based on what works.

You’ll work closely with SEO, content, PR and social teams to ensure outreach is fully integrated into broader organic strategies, from ideation through to optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily journalist, publisher and influencer outreach to secure high-quality coverage and authority links.

• Develop compelling angles, stories and pitches that cut through competitive media landscapes.

• Oversee content briefing, editing and refinement to ensure outreach assets are campaign-ready.

• Manage campaign reporting, performance tracking and insight extraction across all outreach activity.

• Maintain strong relationships with media contacts and publication partners.

• Act as the main client contact for outreach activity, providing clear updates and performance insights.

• Identify new outreach opportunities through market trends, competitor analysis and media shifts.

• Support and upskill junior team members through feedback, guidance and knowledge sharing.

About You

• You have 3+ years’ experience in outreach, digital PR, SEO, content marketing or a closely related organic role.

• You bring strong hands-on delivery experience across pitching, link building, content angles and media relationships.

• You are confident in managing clients directly and translating campaign performance into clear insights.

• You enjoy working across disciplines and collaborating closely with SEO, content, PR and social teams.

• You are naturally proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership of your work.

• You are curious, ambitious and motivated to keep growing your skill set as the outreach function evolves.
