Role Summary and Impact
We are seeking a curious and dynamic Digital Planning Intern to join a dedicated client team within our digital unit. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to acquire a thorough understanding of Digital Media Planning, encompassing strategic development, campaign control, and management of advertising campaigns for our most important clients. You will gain hands-on experience, directly contributing to projects that deliver measurable client success in the evolving digital landscape.
Activities
• Contribute to the digital planning process, including managing campaign calendars, assisting with digital platform selection, data entry, verifying information with partners, and gathering essential market and audience research.
• Actively support the digital team in campaign management, monitoring performance, and conducting initial analysis to ensure optimal delivery and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Prepare comprehensive quantitative and qualitative performance reports for digital campaigns, assisting in the interpretation of data trends to inform strategic adjustments for internal and client review.
• Collaborate closely with Digital Planners to analyze campaign results, derive actionable insights, and contribute to formulating data-driven recommendations for future digital media strategies.
About you
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
• Genuine interest and enthusiasm for digital media, digital advertising, mobile platforms, and social network campaigns.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with an ability to interpret data and a genuine curiosity for understanding market dynamics and consumer behavior through digital insights.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Italian, as you will engage with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with digital media planning tools, ad-serving platforms, analytics software or other web languages will be considered a significant advantage
