Digital Menu Operations Coordinator

Job Description

As the Digital Menu Operations Coordinator, you will be supporting the product operations team in bringing the physical and digital product to life, the department consists of the menu creation and strategy, culinary teams who create and develop the new products and the project execution team responsible for delivering the product and projects.

This role is based in Karawatha, Brisbane and reports to the Menu Planner. It provides a critical function within our go-to-market strategy, ensuring our delicious meals are represented accurately and enticingly across all our digital platforms. You are the vital link between our culinary creations and the digital storefront where our customers make their choices.

You will…

• Work with editorial and data functions to support product delivery and customer facing menus across shopify and online platforms.

• Be responsible for the visual representation of our meals - working with our global and local teams on image bank.

• Assist in maintaining and updating our meal database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Conduct regular audits of our digital menus to ensure integrity and compliance.

• Own the digital product experience, managing, and troubleshooting our product listings and menus across various e-commerce platforms.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate product-related processes and improve efficiency across the board.

• Tackle real-world challenges daily, providing data analytics support and navigate solution orientated decisions in a fast-moving environment.

You have/are…

• A knack for technology and systems. You are comfortable learning and working within various eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Jira and Google Sheets.

• A clear and concise communicator - verbally and written

• Have a “roll up sleeves” attitude and are eager to learn

• Quantitative and analytical knowledge, including solid comfort with Excel and databricks managing raw data downloads and SQL creation.

• An exceptional eye for detail. You're the kind of person who spots a typo from a mile away and understands that accuracy is critical.
