Job summary
The digital marketing specialist will have experience and/or education in building and managing paid digital marketing campaigns across a wide range of channels (search, social, programmatic display, streaming audio and video, etc.). This position ensures campaigns are carried out efficiently and effectively to meet our clients’ objectives.
Key accountabilities
Build and manage paid digital marketing campaigns within various ad platforms, such as:
Google/Bing Ads
Social (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.)
Self-service DSPs (Basis, StackAdapt, etc.)
Streaming audio and video services
Assist in developing strategic media plans to meet client goals and objectives with an understanding of both traditional and digital channels
Project digital results using planning tools to support campaign KPIs
Confirm tracking strategies are in place to measure and report on campaign KPIs effectively
Create and manage live client reporting dashboards
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure media plan execution is consistent with overall marketing and communication objectives
Effectively manage campaigns to ensure advertising is delivered as planned and on budget
Monitor campaign performance against established marketing goals and metrics
Track paid media expenses with accuracy weekly to ensure campaigns are pacing and spending to budget as planned
Well-rounded knowledge of campaign metrics and analytics tools
Generate monthly and campaign summary reports that include campaign data and analysis of campaign performance
Provide insightful observations and key learnings supported with data
Present analysis and results to agency and client teams with confidence and credibility
Respond to emails and communications in a timely manner
Qualifications & attributes
1-3 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns or similar work experience
Strong time management skills
Familiarity with common paid media platforms, tools and related terminology
Exceptional organization and planning skills with great attention to detail
Extremely high-level verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Effective personal and time management skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study
