Job Purpose
CHIME is seeking a driven, ambitious, and entrepreneurial Digital Media Sales Manager to join our Strategic Solutions team. In this high-impact role, you’ll sell CHIME’s growing portfolio of media, marketing, and research solutions to healthcare technology organizations.
This is a hunter-focused role designed for someone who loves creating new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing meaningful business. You’ll work closely with senior healthcare decision-makers, positioning CHIME as a premiere media and research partner for healthcare technology vendors.

Duties and responsibilities
Identify, target, and qualify new prospects to build a strong revenue pipeline
Drive full cycle sales outreach, discovery, solution design, and closing
Introduce new media and marketing products to the marketplace
Stay current on healthcare and healthcare technology trends
Articulate the value of CHIME’s digital media, marketing, and research offerings
Collaborate cross-functionally within the Strategic Solutions team
Develop and execute an annual sales plan to meet and exceed revenue goals
Maintain accurate records, forecasting, and reporting in HubSpot CRM
Provide exceptional client service to ensure success and long-term partnerships
Work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns run on time and achieve stated goals
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
2+ years of digital media, B2B marketing solutions, content, lead gen, podcast, or research sales experience
A proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
Experience building and growing a strong book of business
Familiarity with healthcare or healthcare IT (preferred but not required)
Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to understand client objectives
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HubSpot (preferred)

This is a remote based position, but some travel will be required.
