What We are looking for

As a Digital Media Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and driving the organization’s top- and mid-funnel digital media strategy across multiple markets. You will lead the awareness and consideration ecosystem, overseeing cross-platform media execution, audience strategy, and campaign architecture to strengthen brand presence and support downstream performance. Working with a strong performance mindset, you will ensure all activity is measurable, data-driven, and optimized to deliver meaningful business impact, while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to elevate our digital footprint.

What you will work on

• Develop and execute data-driven digital media strategies aligned with business and brand goals
• Lead cross-market campaign architecture, tracking frameworks, and trafficking standards (CM360 or equivalent)
• Oversee activation across DSPs (e.g., DV360, TTD) and manage overall programmatic strategy
• Enable first-party data activation through DMP/CDP integrations for programmatic targeting
• Plan and execute cross-platform video ecosystems (YouTube, CTV/OTT, OLV, Programmatic Video)
• Implement brand safety, viewability, and fraud protection solutions
• Build strong top-funnel reach strategies and mid-funnel audience layering (video viewers, site visitors, 1P data)
• Ensure omnichannel digital presence aligned with offline media plans and consistent brand share of voice
• Analyze campaign performance and leading indicators to continuously optimize media quality and efficiency
• Oversee digital budget allocation where applicable
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, analytics, creative, data, and local market teams
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and platform policies
• Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and evolving platform capabilities

What you bring

• 5+ years in digital media, programmatic, or video advertising
• Strong hands-on experience with DSPs, Campaign Manager/ad servers, YouTube, CTV ecosystems, and audience platforms
• Solid understanding of first-party data, targeting strategies, and identity solutions
• Data-driven with strong analytical and optimization capabilities
• Strategic thinker with excellent project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Creative, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
