About you
• Strong understanding of digital media channels (online, social, search) and the AdTech ecosystem
• Solid expertise in digital media planning, campaign management, and performance marketing
• Confident use of relevant tools such as DV360, CM360, Meta, or comparable platforms
• Sound knowledge of tracking, tag management, and digital advertising formats
• Experience in budget allocation and KPI-based campaign optimization
• Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven way of working
• Ability to translate operational performance insights into strategic recommendations
• Professional and confident communication with clients
• Ability to explain technical and data-driven topics in a clear and accessible way
• Curiosity for innovation and continuous development in the digital media and AdTech environment
The Tasks
• Developing cross-channel digital media strategies and campaigns
• Creating detailed media plans including budget allocation and KPI definition
• Independently setting up, trafficking, and monitoring digital campaigns
• Ensuring quality of tracking implementations and advertising assets
• Ongoing performance optimization based on defined KPIs
• Analyzing market, competitive, and audience data
• Developing and maintaining structured reporting setups and cross-channel analyses
• Deriving clear, data-based recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders
• Preparing and presenting strategies, reports, and optimization recommendations
• Close collaboration with creative, media, technology, and other interdisciplinary teams
• Coordinating sub-projects within integrated campaigns
• Supporting the implementation of new tools, technologies, and best practices
• Independently managing defined clients and projects in day-to-day business and closely aligning with Senior Consultants on complex overall strategies
