Who You Are
You are a full-stack digital media operator who converts raw content (workshops, voice notes, interviews, long-form video) into high-volume, high-quality micro-content, courses, sizzles, landing pages and funnel assets using AI-enabled tools. You are fast, organized, deliver to tight SLAs, and understand GoHighLevel, AI video tooling and modern web builders.

Responsibilities
• Full-stack content production & AI-assisted video editing — deliver sizzles (≈2 min), shorts (6–12 min), micro-reels (10–60s), explainers and long-form edits from raw footage; version control and rapid revisions.

• AI website & funnel creation — build landing pages and sales pages using AI website builders, GoHighLevel, Webflow/Wix/Framer; ensure mobile responsive, high-conversion design and CRM integrations.

• Course packaging & productization — convert long-form content into modular course units (timestamps, captions, thumbnails, highlight extraction, key-insights, soundbites) and assemble product pages.

• Production ops, QA & reporting — maintain asset libraries, execute executive voice-note actions, deliver weekly performance reports, maintain QC checklists and ensure data/metadata accuracy in all systems.

Requirements:
Must-have qualifications
• 3–5+ years’ experience in digital media, video production/editing, or AI content production with a demonstrable portfolio (sizzles, shorts, long-form, reels).

• Hands-on expertise with video editors (Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci / CapCut), AI tools (Descript, Runway, ElevenLabs, Whisper, Flow/Veo3) and GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, CRM).

• High-output operator: fast execution, excellent self-management, strong written and spoken English, and availability to overlap core hours with Philippines/Asia (UTC+8).

Nice-to-have
• Experience packaging courses / productizing long-form content or documentary editing.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted website builders and automated content repurposing workflows.
