Digital Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This is a full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.

Essential duties:  

Develop and execute digital communications across the Frontier Connect App, email, website, and social media platforms.

Manage Frontier’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.

Maintain and optimize website content to ensure accuracy, usability, and strong user experience, leveraging emerging AI tools where appropriate.

Capture, produce, and manage photo and video content that showcases Frontier’s people, farmers, and community impact.

Plan, write, design, and distribute Frontier’s digital and printed newsletters.

Create branded marketing materials (digital and print) in alignment with company standards and messaging.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing projects on time and within brand guidelines.

Support events, special projects, and seasonal initiatives to enhance our farmer-owner experience.

Job skills and requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field. 

Experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organization. 

Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail. 

Experience with email marketing tools and content management systems preferred 

Basic photo and video capture/editing skills. 

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once. 

Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively. 

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
