Role Overview

We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative environment. If you’re positive, dedicated, driven, and eager to make an impact, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

● Manage and execute Chapa’s social media activities and content

● Plan, launch, and optimize SEO initiatives

● Develop and run digital marketing campaigns across channels

● Execute email & SMS marketing strategies

● Measure performance, report insights, and continuously improve results

● Support other digital marketing tasks as needed

Requirements:
What We’re Looking For :

● 2+ years of experience in Digital marketing (agency or in-house)

● Strong writing and communication skills

● Strong understanding of SEO, digital campaign tools, and analytics

● Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

● Data-minded, results-driven, and eager to learn

● A go-getter with a “get things done” mindset
