Our client in the global professional services industry is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist – ABM Platform to join the Global Digital Marketing team. This role serves as the Demandbase platform expert supporting the Global Digital and Global and Regional ABM Teams. The specialist is responsible for the hands-on planning, building, activation, optimisation and reporting of Account-Based Marketing campaigns within the Demandbase platform. The position manages 1:1 ABM account activations within global and industry campaigns and supports regional 1:1 ABM and industry campaign builds, ensuring campaigns are executed accurately, efficiently and in line with global standards.

This is an execution-focused role requiring strong technical expertise in Demandbase, a solid understanding of ABM strategy and digital media channels, and a data-driven, detail-oriented mindset within a global matrix environment.

What you will do:

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert for the Demandbase platform.
• Build, launch and manage ABM and industry campaigns within Demandbase.
• Activate 1:1 ABM account campaigns within global initiatives.
• Support regional 1:1 ABM and industry campaign builds and localisation.
• Set up and manage target account lists and segmentation.
• Configure buying group targeting parameters.
• Manage creative rotation and sequencing.
• Create tactics and allocate budgets within campaigns.
• Generate account-level insights and reporting.
• Ensure campaign builds align with global ABM strategy and naming conventions.
• Maintain campaign hygiene, governance and documentation standards.
• Plan and activate campaigns across Demandbase-supported channels including display, programmatic native, video, Connected TV and Connected Audio.
• Select appropriate channel mix based on campaign objectives such as awareness, demand generation or acceleration.
• Monitor campaign and account performance daily and weekly.
• Optimise budgets, bidding strategies, creative rotation and targeting parameters.
• Track account engagement metrics and buying group interactions.
• Build performance reports and dashboards within Demandbase.
• Provide actionable insights and optimisation recommendations to global and regional ABM stakeholders.
• Support global campaign launches by activating ABM components according to timelines.
• Provide guidance and training to regional marketing teams on ABM activation best practices.
• Participate in campaign planning sessions to advise on platform capabilities and targeting strategies.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and coordinate with Demandbase support when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Demandbase features, releases and best practices.
• Align to and support optimisation of standard operating procedures for campaign builds.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards.
• Support integration alignment with CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Contribute to ABM performance benchmarking and best practice sharing.

• 2–4 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within B2B marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing campaigns in an ABM platform, with Demandbase strongly preferred.
• Experience activating display, programmatic, video and paid social campaigns.
• Experience working in a global or matrixed organisation preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Demandbase campaign build and optimisation.
• Understanding of ABM principles including 1:1, 1:few and 1:many strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua or Marketo.
• Understanding of UTM tracking and campaign measurement.
• Ability to interpret digital performance data and translate insights into optimisation actions.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
• Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical platform capabilities clearly.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Collaborative team player who works effectively across global teams.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Degree or diploma in Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Relevant digital marketing or ABM certifications preferred but not required.
