Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Digital Marketing Performance Lead to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Execute Performance Strategies: Create full-funnel performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and specific platforms to achieve KPIs (ROAS, CPA, sales, conversions).
• Manage Paid Media Campaigns: Oversee media buying, execution, and optimization across all digital platforms for D2C and marketplace sales.
• Marketplace Advertising: Manage Amazon Ads, Noon Ads, and other marketplace tools to increase visibility, traffic, and sales.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track campaign results daily, reduce CPR, scale high-performing campaigns, and maximize ROI.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance through analytics dashboards, prepare weekly/monthly reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
• A/B Testing & Creative Optimization: Conduct testing on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates and performance efficiency.
• Budget & Cross-functional Collaboration: Optimize ad spend, align with marketing, sales, and creative teams, and contribute to budget planning and campaign alignment with launches and promotions.


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
• 5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition roles in FMCG, healthcare, or consumer brand
• Proven experience in running successful ROI-driven campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat (KSA focus is a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
• Experience with pixel setup, event tracking, and conversion API integrations is a plus.
• Strong communication and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
