We are looking for a dedicated and motivated to Digital Marketing Manager join our ever-growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with multiple teams across the business to build and execute strong digital marketing strategies across a variety of channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Shopify Management: Full ownership of the Shopify storefront, including product launches, app integrations (Klaviyo, Gorgias, etc.), and landing page optimization.
• Performance Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. Manage significant budgets with a focus on scaling CAC/ROAS.
• Retention & Email: Design and automate advanced email/SMS flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Win-back) using Shopify-integrated tools.
• Copywriting & Content: Produce high-converting, native-level English copy for ads, product descriptions, and email campaigns.
• Data Analysis: Use GA4 and Shopify Analytics to provide weekly performance reports, identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey.
• Leadership: Manage external freelancers (designers/video editors) to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative output.

Requirements:
Candidate Requirements

• Native English Speaker: Essential for high-level communication and copywriting.
• Shopify Experience: Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically within the Shopify ecosystem.
• Management Proven: Ability to show a track record of scaling an e-commerce brand
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, and Email Marketing automation.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required for the UAE "Manager" visa title; must be attested for the visa process and Immediate Joiner
