• Oversees the digital marketing of the hotel through websites, social media sites, online publications, and mail, and handles website content, including photos and videos, coordinates with the department to ensure that all content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Develops and executes digital communications strategy across web, email, social media, paid ads, and content marketing, plans, launches, and optimizes campaigns, and handles the hotel's social media site to post relevant and promotional content. 
• Manages email marketing campaigns and direct promotional activity to customers online, assists in the development and production of digital promotional materials, and works on digital ad campaigns.
• A graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or any related field is an advantage.
• A minimum of five (5) years of digital marketing experience in a luxury hotel is an asset.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a keen sense of detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office applications, and other digital editing apps is an advantage.
