We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing digital advertising campaigns. The role focuses on driving measurable results through data-driven strategies, compelling ad creatives, and continuous performance optimization.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, lead quality, conversions, and overall performance.
• Create and test engaging ad copies, creatives, and audience targeting strategies.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and make data-driven optimizations.
• Analyze campaign results and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with business and growth objectives.
• Stay updated with platform trends, ad policies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
• Experience in healthcare, dermatology, or skin clinic marketing is highly preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into optimization strategies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
