Responsibilities:
Your days will shift between leadership, communication, strategy, and keeping every project on the radar. You’ll:
Review & Feedback
• Review deliverables before they reach the client
• Give thoughtful feedback that helps the team stay on course
Client Communication
• Be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
• Lead meetings where goals are clear and everyone knows the flight path
• Handle concerns calmly and proactively
Project Oversight
• Track timelines, budgets, and resources so nothing falls off the radar
• Anticipate risks—like scope creep or delays—before they become emergency landings
• Document and communicate client requests with precision
Strategy & Alignment
• Turn business goals into actionable strategies
• Ensure specialists’ work aligns with the big-picture flight plan
• Spot opportunities for upsell or cross-sell that benefit both client and agency
Agency Contribution
• Share learnings and refine processes across the team
• Model accountability, collaboration, and positive culture
• Help leadership improve our services and set the standard for how we operate
