JOB OPENING: DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE (US MARKET - REMOTE)
Industry: Furniture
Location: 100% Remote
Salary: $ Competitive salary + Performance Bonus (KPIs based on
Leads/Revenue)
THE MISSION Jayakas is expanding its footprint in the US Market. We are not
competing on price; we compete on brand value and customer understanding.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive (2-3 years of experience) who is not
just an "ad runner" but a Researcher and a Growth Marketer. You will use your
research skills and English proficiency to bridge the gap between our products and US
customers, driving high-quality leads through SEO and Content.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (SCOPE OF WORK)
1. Strategic Research (The Core):
 Deep Dive into the US Market: Research American interior design trends (e.g.,
Farmhouse, Mid-Century Modern, Industrial) and buying behaviors.
 Competitor Analysis: "Spy" on top US furniture brands. Analyze their content
angles, visual styles, and keywords to propose better strategies for Jayakas.
2. SEO & Content for Lead Generation:
 High-Intent SEO: Conduct keyword research focusing on conversion (e.g., "best
ergonomic chair for back pain") rather than just high volume.
 US-Standard Copywriting: Write blog posts, ad copy, and product descriptions
in flawless English. The tone must be natural, engaging, and culturally relevant
to American readers (No "Vietlish").
 Conversion Optimization: Ensure every piece of content has a clear goal:
turning readers into leads (Form submissions/Inquiries).
3. Visual & Creative Management:
 Aesthetic "Gatekeeper": Select and curate high-quality images/videos that
match the premium aesthetic of the furniture industry.
 Content Production: Create briefs for designers or use tools (Canva/CapCut) to
produce simple yet effective visuals for ads/social media.
4. Performance Analysis:

 Analyze marketing reports (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ad Manager).
 Evaluate effectiveness based on Leads and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), not
just vanity metrics like likes or views.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must-Haves:
 Experience: 2-3 years in Digital Marketing. Experience targeting Global/US
Markets is a huge plus.
 English Proficiency: Advanced/Excellent (Reading & Writing). You must be
able to research complex English documents and write copy that sounds native.
 Research-Driven Mindset: You don't guess; you verify. You are proficient with
research tools (Google Trends, Ahrefs/Semrush, Pinterest).
 Result-Oriented: You understand that the ultimate goal of Marketing is

Sales/Leads.
Nice-to-Haves (Basic Understanding):
 Furniture/Decor Passion: You have a good eye for design and aesthetics.
 E-commerce Knowledge: Basic understanding of how US e-commerce works
(customer journey, checkout flows).
 Photography/Editing: Ability to take decent product photos or edit videos is a
big advantage.
Remote Discipline:
 High level of self-discipline and time management.
 Responsive communication despite time zone differences (when necessary).
