Digital Marketing Executive (Singapore)

The Job:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Execution

• Develop and support digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Execute and optimise online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing execution with brand and business goals.

Content Management & Online Presence

• Oversee updates to the company’s website and social media presence.
• Work with content teams to ensure alignment with brand voice and objectives.
• Create content that supports SEO and encourages engagement.

Event Management

• Organize outreach and/or run industry events to drive leads for our software and training businesses
• Run client engagement events to sustain usage of our software solutions with existing clients

Affiliate Marketing

• Support affiliate marketing programmes and assist in developing promotional strategies.
• Monitor affiliate performance and suggest optimisation improvements.

Public Relations (PR)

• Assist in the execution of PR strategies and relationship-building activities.
• Coordinate press release distribution and monitor coverage.

Performance Tracking & Optimisation

• Use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to analyse performance.
• Recommend adjustments based on data insights to improve results.

Email Marketing & Automation

• Implement and manage email campaigns including audience segmentation and personalisation.
• Optimise campaign performance based on engagement metrics.

Community Building & Influencer Outreach

• Support community engagement initiatives.
• Assist in influencer partnerships to boost brand presence.

Trend Analysis & Competitive Research

Track and report on digital marketing trends and competitive landscape insights.

Budget & Vendor Management

Assist in managing campaign budgets and coordinating with external vendors.

Requirements:
The Person:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media management.
• Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising platforms.
• Strong content creation skills, with an understanding of SEO best practices.
• Experience in organizing events, both virtual and in-person, to drive leads and engage clients.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing programs and performance optimization.
• Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console for performance tracking.
• Ability to manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation and personalization.
