Key Responsibilities
• Creative Asset Production: Design high-impact visual content for Meta Ads, Google Display, and Social Media using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Shopify Execution: Daily management of the Shopify store—uploading products, updating banners, managing collections, and ensuring mobile-first UI consistency.
• Email Marketing (Klaviyo/Shopify Email): Design and build visually stunning email templates and newsletters that drive clicks and conversions.
• Content Editing: Basic video editing for TikTok/Instagram Reels and "cleaning up" product photography to meet professional pharmacy standards.
• Campaign Support: Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager to deploy ad campaigns, ensuring all tracking links and creative assets are correctly implemented.
• Store Audits: Regularly check for broken links, slow-loading images, or checkout errors to maintain a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Required for the UAE residency visa processing).
• Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a non-negotiable requirement.
• E-commerce Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working within an online retail or e-commerce environment (Shopify experience preferred).
• Visual Eye: A strong portfolio showing clean, modern design aesthetic suitable for a health and pharmacy brand.
• Language: Professional-level English (written and spoken) to ensure error-free website copy and ad text.
