We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital & Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Adelaide, Australia, for a 12-month maternity leave contract. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing our digital marketing strategies for the Pullman and ibis Adelaide's Sales & Marketing Hub, ensuring our brand's online presence is strong and engaging.

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Manage and create content for social media channels, website, and email marketing
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics
• Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive marketing materials
• Optimize website content for SEO and user experience
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for digital marketing initiatives
• Assist in the development and execution of overall marketing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
• Contribute to the creation of marketing reports and presentations
• Support the team in day-to-day marketing operations

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics and social media management tools
• Experience in managing social media campaigns and content creation
• Strong knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
• Proficient in content management systems and marketing automation software
• Skilled in graphic design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work on-site in Adelaide, Australia
