Role Overview
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Content Producer to lead the creation of short-form, social-first video content that supports brand awareness, engagement, and digital marketing campaigns. This role focuses on producing high-quality, platform-optimized content aligned with marketing objectives and performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Produce short-form video content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Own the end-to-end production process including ideation, scripting, filming, editing, and publishing
• Translate marketing campaigns and messaging into engaging video content
• Collaborate with Marketing and Social teams on content planning and launches
• Adapt content for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
• Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics and trends
Required Qualifications
• Proven hands-on experience producing short-form video content for digital marketing or social media
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills tailored to social platforms
• Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered
• Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals
• Ability to manage multiple content deliverables independently
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience creating performance-driven or campaign-based video content
• Familiarity with basic motion graphics, captions, or animated text
• Experience working with digital-first or growth-focused brands
Tools & Technology
• Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
• Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite
• Social & Scheduling: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or native tools
• Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
