Job Title: Digital Marketing Brand Compliance Monitoring Specialist

Job Category: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Job Location: 100% work-from-home

Job Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Brand Compliance Monitoring Specialist to oversee compliance across various channels for our clients. This includes, but is not limited to, email marketing (supported by tools such as Optizmo and Lashback), social media, and paid search. 🚀 You will ensure adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory standards using proactive monitoring, manual checks, and specialized tools.

Your Mission:

• Overall Compliance Monitoring 🔍: Proactively monitor brand compliance across third-party email campaigns, social media, paid search, and other advertising channels. Set up and manage Google Alerts and other monitoring tools to track potential compliance issues. Conduct manual compliance checks until additional tools or systems are implemented.
• Optizmo Monitoring ✉️: Ensure publishers regularly download suppression files on a consistent cadence, monitor IDs and sub-IDs for accurate tracking and compliance, and submit/manage global opt-outs per regulations and company policies.
• Lashback Monitoring 📝: Verify that publishers use approved creatives, including subject lines and “from” names. Ensure opt-out language and links are accurate, present, and functional. Identify and escalate non-compliant activity as needed.
• Paid Media and Social Media Monitoring 📱: Review paid search and social media ads to ensure adherence to client guidelines and standards. Check creatives, messaging, and brand placements for compliance.
• Regulatory Knowledge ⚖️: Understand email marketing regulations like CAN-SPAM and compliance standards for paid media. Support compliance efforts through accurate reporting and risk mitigation practices.
• Tools and Processes 🛠️: Leverage tools such as Optizmo, Lashback, and Google Alerts for compliance tracking and monitoring. Actively execute manual monitoring processes when required and provide feedback on new system implementation needs.

• Detail Detective 🔍: Exceptionally organized with a sharp eye for spotting compliance issues across various channels.
• Tool Proficient 🛠️: Familiarity with compliance tools like Optizmo and Lashback is preferred, but training will be provided. Comfortable using monitoring tools such as Google Alerts and performing manual checks when necessary.
• Regulations Savvy ⚖️: You understand email marketing regulations like CAN-SPAM and paid media compliance requirements and can apply these effectively to your work.
• Effective Communicator 🗣️: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, making it easy to collaborate with publishers and report findings to the team.
• Proactive and Adaptable 🌟: You’re quick to identify non-compliance, escalate when needed, and adapt to new tools or processes to ensure standards are met.
