Job Description

Deine Aufgaben:
• Anforderungsmanagement und Anwendung der Standards S1000D, S2000M und S3000L
• Erstellung und Pflege von Regelwerken und Daten-Guidelines
• Durchführung von Konformitätsprüfungen, Audits und Reviews von Datensätzen
• Steuerung der Erstellung und Pflege von Datenmodulen inklusive Metadaten und DMC
• Sicherstellung des XML-basierten Datenhandlings und der Datenvalidierung
• Plausibilisierung und Harmonisierung von Materialdatensätzen entlang der Prozesskette
• Unterstützung der LSA-Prozesse gemäß S3000L über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
• Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, ILS, technischer Redaktion, Materialwirtschaft und IT
• Entwicklung und Design von Datenbankstrukturen inklusive Datenmodell und Workflows

Dein Profil:
• Erfahrung mit mindestens zwei der Standards S1000D, S2000M oder S3000L
• Kenntnisse in XML, Datenmodellen, Validierung und Datenqualität
• Erfahrung im Datenmanagement im ILS- oder IPS-Umfeld
• Grundkenntnisse in SAP-nahen Prozessen und Stammdatenlogik
• Erfahrung in regulatorischen Projekten und Lieferantensteuerung
• Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise mit Qualitätsfokus
• Fähigkeit zur Kommunikation zwischen Fachbereichen und Standardvorgaben
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und Lösungsorientierung
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen
