About the Role
As a Digital Lending - Data Analyst Intern, you will support the team in analyzing user and transaction data, building dashboards, and generating reports to monitor digital lending performance.
You will work closely with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to identify insights, improve user journey, and support data-driven decision making. You will also assist in data cleaning and reporting automation to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
Job Descriptions
• Collect, clean, and process data from various internal systems and sources.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports (weekly/monthly) related to users, transactions, and digital funnel performance.
• Conduct analyses to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improving the digital user journey.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to provide insights and data-based recommendations.
• Support documentation of data definitions, metric calculations, and dataset structures.
• Assist in automated reporting (scheduling queries, report generation, and alerting)
Requirements:
• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL (required) — able to write queries from scratch.
• Familiar with Excel / Google Sheets (lookup, pivot, formulas).
• Comfortable working with large datasets and performing data cleaning.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and comfortable working with numbers
