The Learning Experience team at ACAP is searching for a passionate and creative learning experience designer to join our team! We are looking for someone who can develop first class digital solutions aligned to the College’s learning and teaching plan and design framework. Responsibilities will incorporate elements of curriculum design, digital learning experience development and LMS implementation.
The successful candidate will:
• Collaborate with colleagues across teams to delivery outstanding digital experiences
• Design of industry-focused, flexible learning that sets students up for success and changes lives
• Demonstrate leadership and ownership of new products at the programmatic level
• Belong to an innovative and agile team with big goals and even bigger ideas!
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
• Previous experience in a learning design role, preferably in a higher education setting (a postgraduate degree in Educational Design or related field is strongly preferred)
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and an ability to design for diverse learners
• A passion for the change that innovative learning design can bring to higher education
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, including strong negotiation skills
• Familiarity with learning management systems (Moodle experience is preferred)
• Track record of working autonomously and delivering complex projects to deadline
