Job Description
At Saga, we’re building the intelligence that helps lawyers think faster, work smarter, and stay in control of their craft. Our AI platform optimizes legal workflows and enables lawyers to focus on what matters most - people, ethics, and impact.
We sit at the intersection of human expertise and artificial intelligence, changing not just how lawyers work, but what they can achieve. To accelerate adoption and deepen engagement with our platform, we’re building a new product team where the mission is to build the digital learning ecosystem that turns legal and AI expertise into engaging, accessible modules that drive deep user engagement. We aren’t just teaching people how to use a tool; we are shaping how an entire profession learns to work with AI through experiences that make adoption feel natural.
We’re hiring a Digital Learning Designer to design and build the digital learning ecosystem that drives user engagement and transforms how lawyers learn to work with AI.
Your role as Digital Learning Designer
You’ll join a new product team with a clear mission: accelerate user engagement on the Saga platform through digital learning experiences that work. In this role, you build learning modules from vision to content, owning the complete journey from concept to shipped experience.
You sit where behavior, product design and content creation meet. You’ll work embedded in a new product team, and while you must be creative, your focus is on the architecture of learning and behavioral change. You will collaborate with our design engineer for visual execution while you own the conceptual and pedagogical logic.
There is no fixed playbook, no inherited systems, no legacy to maintain. You’ll build this function from the ground up, guided by real usage, real feedback and relentless iteration together with your team.
What this looks like:
• Build the structural “learning journeys” that help busy lawyers move from initial discovery to AI mastery.
• Write and structure clear, engaging content that translates complex AI and legal concepts into”digestible learning moments”.
• Prototyping in-product guidance and learning flows in collaboration with product designers and engineers.
• Iterating based on usage data and user feedback to strengthen engagement.
• Moving fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
User engagement is not an afterthought in this role. It is the work.
