What we expect
Develop interactive digital learning solutions (eLearning, videos, infographics, gamified learning, etc.) based on information provided: power point presentations, storyboards, scripts etc.)
Build courses using modern eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Rise)
Design and implement visual layouts, animations, and interactions that enhance learner engagement
Create, edit, and integrate multimedia assets (graphics, icons, audio, video, animations, 3D images) using tools like Vyond, Synthesia
Apply deep adult‑learning instructional design principles while integrating UX/UI and visual design to create intuitive, meaningful, and highly engaging learner‑centered experiences
Ensure developments meet technical standards (SCORM / xAPI compatibility, LMS performance)
Follow corporate branding and quality guidelines consistently
Maintain, update, and improve existing digital learning content
Collaborate closely with instructional designers to ensure smooth handover from concept to production
Who we are looking for
Background in Media Design, Digital Design, Multimedia, Marketing & communication, eLearning Development, or a comparable field
Min. 2 years of experience in eLearning development or digital content production, ideally for an industrial company.
Strong hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise, or similar)
Solid skills in visual design, layout, and interaction design
Deep expertise in adult-learning instructional design principles
Experience with multimedia tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects)
Good understanding of LMS environments, and eLearning standards (SCORM, xAPI), LXP experience of advantage. Knowledge about Cornerstone as an LMS, LXP technology is a plus.
High attention to detail and quality orientation
Structured, reliable, and comfortable working with deadlines
Flexibility and ability to adapt to different methodologies, technologies, and people in order to develop high-quality digital training content.
Strong communication and story-telling abilities
Continuous learning mindset and curiosity for emerging technologies
Strong English skills; German or Spanish is a plus
