Digital Learning Designer - 3 month fixed term contract

About Us Business by Design is an expanding facet of the Kurt Geiger Kindness Foundation charity dedicated to empowering young professionals through our tailored learning programme. As part of our expansion, we are seeking an Administrator to support our project delivery efforts.

Requirements: The candidate will need: Experience in instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick). Ability to design bespoke digital learning solutions for senior audiences and large organisations (500+ employees). Strong capability in creating learning design deliverables: storyboards, scripts, handbooks, branded templates, and interactive exercises. Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) and experience with LMS/LXP/CMS platforms (essential). Ability to structure modules, convert SME content into digital learning, and facilitate collaborative design workshops. Strong visual design skills (graphics, video, animations) and awareness of branding and user experience.
