Role summary and impact
The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of the digital disciplines (search, display, video, mobile, social), is able to manage different campaign typologies (generally with awareness, performance, data driven), has a proven understanding of trafficking processes, biddable and programmatic, and previous experiences in media agencies.
A natural predilection for numbers, hands-on attitude, great curiosity and ability to get involved will complete the profile.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and optimize digital media planning processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of strategic media plans.
• Manage and coordinate digital media resources, providing expert guidance, mentorship, and practical training to enhance team capabilities and performance.
• Serve as a strategic point of contact for key client stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs and translating them into effective digital media strategies and solutions.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous optimization and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Drive pre and post-campaign analysis to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and improved campaign outcomes, ensuring best practices are adopted.
Requirements
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Digital Media Planning, with a proven track record in a leadership or senior capacity.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic account management, fostering strong relationships with client media supervisors and managers.
• Previous experience working with performance-driven clients is a significant advantage.
• Deep expertise across various digital advertising platforms and technologies, including ad servers, analytics platforms, tag management systems, and retargeting solutions.
• Strong knowledge of biddable media, programmatic advertising, and performance marketing strategies is essential.
• Proactive in leveraging the current technological landscape, including a positive embrace of AI to foster digital transformation and process automation.
• Demonstrated ability to generate creative ideas, explore cutting-edge solutions, and think outside the box to drive continuous improvement.
• Approaching daily activities with effective strategies and targeted action plans, anticipating trends, and optimizing decisions with a long-term vision.
• Proven ability to inspire, guide, and develop teams responsibly, promoting individual growth towards shared objectives.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex messages clearly and influentially. Fosters an inclusive environment and works collaboratively to achieve common goals.
• Strong commitment to client success, promoting a culture of accountability to deliver extraordinary results and valuable solutions.
• Proven capabilities in managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders effectively, ensuring adherence to deadlines, and familiar with Agile methodologies.
• Highly adaptable, able to act quickly in dynamic environments, embrace new ideas and diverse perspectives, and actively pursue continuous learning and professional growth.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience/certifications.
