As a Solution Architect at Devoteam, you will be the technical cornerstone of our Atlassian Practice. Your mission is to bridge the gap between complex business challenges and high-performing technical solutions. You will lead the technical discovery and design phases during pre-sales, ensuring our proposals are both visionary and achievable. Post-sale, you will act as the "Design Authority", overseeing delivery teams to ensure that the final implementation provides maximum business value and adheres to global best practices.

 

Pre-Sales & Strategic Design: Partner with the Practice Manager and Sales Specialist to lead technical discovery workshops, create high-level architecture designs, and provide accurate effort estimations for complex transformation projects.

Technical Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for client implementations, mostly focusing on Cloud Migrations, Teamwork Collection (Jira, Confluence), Service Collection (JSM, CSM, Assets) and AI (Rovo).

Process Architecture: Consult on business process optimization by mapping Agile, DevOps, and ITIL frameworks directly into the Atlassian toolset.

Quality & Governance: Act as the final technical gatekeeper for delivery, ensuring that configurations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with the client’s long-term business goals.

Marketplace Strategy: Evaluate and architect integrations with third-party apps and external systems to extend the ecosystem´s value.

Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Atlassian ecosystem, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Architect-level role.

Technical Depth: Proven track record of leading complex Jira Cloud migrations and implementing the mentioned Collections in corporate environments.

Consulting Mindset: Strong exposure to Business Process Mapping; you must be able to speak the language of "Business Value" rather than just "Technical Features".

Framework Knowledge: Deep understanding of Project Management and Agile methodologies, as well as ITIL 4 frameworks.

System Integration: Knowledge of REST APIs and experience integrating Atlassian products with other enterprise tools.

Language Skills: Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish is considered a significant advantage.

Certifications: Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) certifications are highly valued as a plus.
