Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist reporting to our VP of Marketing Mia, you will take full ownership of executing high-impact paid and organic campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will be responsible for building, launching, and optimising campaigns that directly drive pipeline. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing and Regional Marketing teams to translate ICPs and personas into high-performing campaigns.

You’ll play a critical role in bringing paid media in-house, replacing external agency support, and helping us scale efficiently.

Your Goals

• Build, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and Meta

• Generate high-quality MQLs and SQLs from target ICP accounts

• Continuously improve campaign performance through testing, optimisation, and experimentation

• Contribute to bringing paid media fully in-house and improving efficiency

Your Impact

• Execute and optimise multi-channel demand generation campaigns

• Own campaign performance from click to conversion (MQL → SQL)

• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Regional teams to refine targeting and messaging

• Provide feedback on ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion flows

• Experiment with new tools, AI capabilities, and growth tactics to improve performance

• Contribute to integrated campaigns across digital, events, and ABX initiatives

What We Expect

• Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation roles

• Hands-on experience with:

• LinkedIn Campaign Manager

• Google Ads

• Paid social (Meta)

• Strong execution mindset — you enjoy building and optimising campaigns, not just planning them

• Curiosity and passion for modern marketing tools, including AI-driven optimisation

• Ability to analyse performance and continuously improve results

• Bonus:

• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing tools

• Basic design skills (e.g. Canva)

• Exposure to B2B marketing or growth marketing
