Digital Graphic Designer

iScale Solutions works with technology companies to effectively scale their development, support and operations processes.

The Interactive Creative Team is looking for a graphic designer who loves to create visual stories that help people engage with brands in the digital marketing space. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, open-minded, and interested in being part of a team that creates stunning visual support for our client’s and their respective campaigns. Attention to detail, combined with a strong working knowledge of design-related applications, is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and develop key designs for an array of digital marketing campaigns
• Contribute to the development of creative concepts, translating them into visual and interactive form
• Demonstrate strong visual design skills, branding and knowledge of digital marketing best practices
• Understand and execute on our client’s business requirements and the needs of their customers through insightful design strategies
• Match strategic direction with appropriate design results for the digital and web-based marketing initiatives while providing quality assurance on creative deliverables
• Familiarity with designing for multiple formats such as email, display, social, web and mobile responsive/cross-platform
• Exhibit an awareness of current web design practices and issues of cross-browser compatibility
• Effectively collaborate and Build and maintain a team rapport with production managers, content developers and all other creative team personnel

• BA/BS degree in Design or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant design experience in a digital agency, media company, advertising agency, production studio, creative services environment, etc.
• A strong portfolio that showcases examples of polished work and strong visual design best practices
• Experience Ability to take with taking creative direction and produce highly engaging designs
• Excellent that show a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent Strong graphic design, layout and typography skills with strong, clean visuals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Comfortable with abbreviated development cycles and flexible with shifting priorities
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
• Experience in a fast- paced service environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design or Related Focus
• Knowledge Experience of front-end development experience such as with HTML/CSS is a plus
• Understanding of UI/UX design processes and methodology, preferred
• Experience with photo-retouching and logo design and /illustration
• Portfolio ready for review
• Feasible to work on a night shift schedule (9pm-6am / home-based)
