What will your challenges be?
Support the design needs of the Corporate, Business and Community areas
Deliver design solutions across different channels (digital, socials, marketing automation, printed materials, merch and video)
Generate ideas to fulfill campaigns, initiatives, experiences and communications briefs while aligning with the company’s strategic objectives
Develop art direction concepts from high-level to individual layouts into exports (static images, gif/videos, icons, infographics, illustrations, etc.)
Co-create and coordinate projects with peers from different teams (UX, Copy, Content, Photography, etc.)
Consistently maintain a cohesive brand application throughout formats
Manage and apply feedback rounds while promoting best practices and ensuring brand guidelines and regulatory compliance specific to the industry
Conduct benchmark research and build comprehensive creative proposals
Keep up with digital optimisation updates, design and product trends
Exercise agility and organization in handling multiple projects at the time, urgencies, analyzing priorities and retro-timings
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress and any potential issues
Maintain organized record of all design files and project documentations
Are you the one we are waiting for?
Education: University Degree in Graphic, Visual or Brand Design or similar.
Experience: More than 3 years as visual or brand designer in digital projects.
Languages: Intermediate Level in English.
IT: Figma, Adobe CC, Project Management Tool (Jira, Asana or Trello).
