PACT (Pearson Accelerator Construction Team) is a General Partnership of Alberici, Amico, Kenaidan, and Obayashi, supported by design partners Egis, Mott MacDonald, and Weston Williamson + Partners. Together, we are delivering Accelerator, a major program of Pearson LIFT (Long-term Investment in Facilities and Terminals), Toronto Pearson's infrastructure development plan. This multi-year program is designed to address immediate passenger growth demands while preparing Canada’s largest airport for the future of air travel—including critical upgrades to airfield and infrastructure, greenhouse gas reduction initiatives, modernization of Terminals 1 and 3, and the creation of a world-class passenger experience.
JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Delivery Manager will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of BIM standards, workflows, and digital coordination processes for an assigned Sub-Program within the PACT program. This role will act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related activities within the Sub-Program, supporting multidisciplinary collaboration, model governance, data environment management, and the effective use of digital tools to improve project delivery, coordination, and reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with design consultants, contractors, project teams, and the broader PACT digital delivery team to ensure alignment with overall program BIM standards and digital delivery objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and protocols across the assigned Sub-Program scope
Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related coordination, inquiries, and issue resolution within the Sub-Program
Facilitate collaboration between design consultants, contractors, project teams, and other stakeholders
Support the integration of BIM with project delivery, design coordination, construction planning, and digital delivery tools
Establish and maintain project data environments, including Common Data Environments (CDEs)
Lead model audits and reviews to ensure compliance with project standards and digital delivery requirements
Support the extraction and reporting of model data for project planning, coordination, and reporting purposes
Coordinate with other Digital Delivery Managers and the broader PACT digital delivery team to ensure consistency across the overall program
Promote the adoption of BIM technologies, best practices, and continuous improvement across the team
Stay current on BIM tools, technologies, and industry trends, and share knowledge with project stakeholders
WORKING CONDITIONS
The position will be based at our office in Mississauga, Ontario, with visits to the Airport site as required. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday during regular office or site hours. At times, operational needs may require work outside these hours, with reasonable notice provided. All schedule or on-call adjustments will comply with applicable employment standards legislation. It is mandatory for all employees to complete a Criminal Background check and successfully attain a Restricted Access Identity Card (RAIC) upon joining the company.
DESIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM management or related digital delivery roles within the construction industry
Strong experience developing and implementing BIM standards, workflows, and coordination protocols
Proficiency with BIM and digital construction tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, ACC, or similar platforms
Experience managing Common Data Environments (CDEs) and supporting digital model governance
Strong understanding of model audits, clash detection, coordination workflows, and model quality assurance
Ability to support data extraction and reporting for project coordination, planning, and digital delivery objectives
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex project environment
Experience in large-scale infrastructure, aviation, transit, or major capital project environments is considered an asset
Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Restricted Access Identity Card (RAIC) clearance
